About the artwork:
A mountain does not stand still, even though it looks like it does. Everything is in constant motion, even what we perceive as stable, and nothing is without change.
From this starting point, the artist examines change, time, and perspective through a sensual, audiovisual work. The work examines how we relate to what once was, in relation to what we do not yet know will be. Past, present and future exists side by side. Just like the old and the new, the stable and the unstable. “Åndehul” revolves around contrary existences and shifts in perception, asking the question: Do you see what I see?
In a time influenced by chaos, unrest and information saturation, the artist invites the audience into a respite where there is room to be, observe and feel.
Length: 10 min.
